What does this wine taste like?

With a deep berry hue hinting at its flavor profile and a pert structure, this is a perfect food rosé! Earthy with dried berry (strawberry/raspberry/blackberry) fruit leather on the nose. On the palate, there is a slight prickle of acidity with more red currant and rhubarb flavors. Savory notes come in and out. They are not so specific, but more like walking into a spice market and getting passing wafts of them all. Decant this if you can. Dark color, dark nose, but super bright and lifted palate.
