What does this wine taste like?

Savory and lush, this is a versatile food wine if there ever was one. Subtle and bursting with nuance at the same time - savory beeswax and yellow flowers greet you immediately. Soon after there are notes of stone fruit (ripe peach and nectarines in syrup), dried mango, stewed pear and a fleeting note of teriyaki. A slight bitterness on the palate (banana peel and orange marmalade) lifts the weight and leaves notes of geranium and green tea on the finish.
