On the nose, it's all soft and yellow: honeyed hay, white flowers, overripe pear, baked yellow apple, persimmon, honeysuckle, marzipan, apple blossom, and slight cheese rind. There's also a slight nuttiness that stays on the palate, doing a dance with the zippy acidity as they both slowly fade away.
