Aromatic, but reserved this wine gives tons of fresh citrus - lemon, lime and white grapefruit followed by white flowers and wet rocks. On the palate - mouth puckering green apple and just ripe pear. The finish is incredible - long, and all mineral. A perfect example of Dry Riesling from the Finger Lakes.
