This fun wine has notes similar to a refreshing kombucha, high acid, slight funk, and bright red berry flavors. Notes of fresh strawberries macerated in raspberry balsamic, slight orange-flavored prune on the nose, soy sauce molasses, and gala apple. On the palate: sour cherry warhead right as the sour part wears off and dry thanksgiving herbs and a touch of candied ginger. A light impression of tannin shows up on the finish as the acidity fades.
