Cancellation Policy
- By signing up for a subscription to Vegan Wines, you are agreeing to allow your card to be charged at the time of each shipment until such time that you cancel your membership. You may cancel any time after you have received your FIRST shipment.
- If you have received your first shipment and you would like to put your account on hold or cancel your subscription, please email info@veganwines.com to inform us. (If you choose to put your account on hold, we can restart your subscription at a later date.)
- If you attempt to cancel during a shipment cycle (within 2 weeks of a scheduled shipment), your card will still be charged and you will be sent the latest shipment.
- Once you cancel your membership, you will lose access to the club membership portal immediately.
